Director of Web Development (2005 – 2008)
Established and led web development and production team for search engine optimization and marketing startup. As first full-time hire, worked closely with the founder and CEO to develop and grow the company business model. Responsible for staffing decisions, line management, and career development of a web team that grew to 6 full-time employees. Managed project planning and deliverables across the enterprise. Personally designed and coded many client websites, in addition to managing the production staff. Maintained client relationships from site acquisition to site launch, to after-launch marketing initiatives.

Chicago Public Radio, Chicago, IL:
Interactive Editorial Assistant (2004 – 2005)
Handled updates to the Chicago Public Radio website. Made daily changes, wrote and edited copy, formatted images and graphics for web presentation. Also converted audio for the web and maintained a SQL database.

Pandromeda, Chicago, IL:
Web Designer (2001)
Project manager, information designer and production artist for a software company. Managed the project from a remote location. Built the company website, worked closely with the software programmers to implement the purchasing portion of the site and all backend development. Also worked closely with the Creative Director in order to carry out the creative vision for the company.
